April 17 Deacon Meeting

 

1. Recently Completed/Updates:
   1. Strategic Calendar
   2. Budget Proposal
   3. Pastor Responsibilities Response (also seen below the agenda)
   4. Ceiling Raised!! 🙂
   5. Moved Day of Hope to first week of May and last week of May
   6. Added nursing home visits, testimonies, pot lucks, and younger youth group to schedule
   7. Live Streams have reached around 900 views per stream.
      1. Our monthly reach is around 3000 different people seeing our posts. Additionally around the same number engages in them. (likes, shares, etc).
   8. Sunday “Ask Pastor” live streams @ 2 PM
2. Future/current Ideas
   1. 1. Virtual Small Group?
      2. Video Cameras in Church (8 cameras)
         1. Let’s move forward on this whenever possible
            1. area of budget to pull from?
            2. USB extensions, SD cards, and cameras total cost: $318.47
      3. Kitchen remodel
         1. Timeline?
      4. Man under the stage (1 deacon for prayer during the service)
