        1. Frontier is poopy, so is WOW. Proposing switching to mobile data resources. 
      2. Lyrics at church (grasslake.church/lyrics)
      3. Video’s posting on website, mobile app, and YouTube
        1. Daily lessons for deeper teaching – started Monday March 09
      4. Emails setup (@grasslake.church)
        1. Do you want one?
      5. Google Drive setup for domain
      6. Church survey form (grasslake.church/survey)
        1. Let’s use this type of system in the future
      7. Meeting Minutes COMMENTS
        1. Discuss how this works
  4. Trim budget to allow more outreach!!

        1. holding off on this due to time resources and internet instability. NOT hugely important, posting videos at 5 PM on Sundays

      8. Check on Accounts once a year
        1. Schedule this
      9. Letter to missionaries once a month, or on the fifth Sunday.
        1. First Sunday is focused on those missionaries

    1. lot’s of involvement in other churches maybe we are ok to step out of this

  9.  Reminders:
      1. Meet at 945 on Sundays for prayer
        1. Realistically I likely will not be available for this

  10. Deacon Needs
    1. Prayer Schedule 2 months out (at each meeting)
    2. Prayer daily for congregation, extended focus Saturday morning (prayer meeting at a distance), let’s setup a time.
    3. Deacon education on Deacon requirements
    4. Start pushing BiblicalTraining.org or other recommended online classes.
  11. Testimonies in service
    1. Thinking about video taping this.
  12. Nursing Home Visits
  13. Facebook Group for continued connection
  14. Children’s Ministry (when should we start?)
  15. Network Attached Storage for future “virtual file cabinet”
    1. Our cost range: $200-$300
  16. Raise Roof of front of church

  18. Young couples are starting to get involved and ask questions!
