Deacon notes
Attending Pastor David, Dean, Gary, Jan, Ralph Steve, David B
3-6. Talked about how many people may be coming back, so we can plan services. Possibly doing sign up genius to poll the congregation about which service they would attend.
Things are starting to open around the state. Wait a couple of weeks and see how the virus reacts.
Work together to disinfect the church.
Bring in a couple of people at first to watch the sermon since they can’t watch it at home.
7-3a Pastor David’s phone is the current live stream. This would be a hardware solution for the live stream.
9-4a Contact people with post cards.
10a Get ordered.
Schedule time for families to play, so they can use the play ground while the parks are closed.
